Warranty & Support

Every FlipFlop machine ships with a personalised Warranty Pack, generated specifically for your build as part of our documentation pipeline. The exact terms — cover period, what's included, and claim process — are confirmed in that document and at checkout.

Your consumer rights

Your UK statutory consumer rights apply to every FlipFlop purchase. If a machine is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, contact us promptly so we can diagnose the problem and arrange the appropriate repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund. These rights are not reduced by any manufacturer warranty or additional support we provide.

Returns

For online Ready-to-Ship purchases, you may notify us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to cancel, then return the machine within the following 14 days. For a change of mind, you are responsible for secure return packaging and return postage. If the machine is faulty, damaged, or misdescribed, FlipFlop pays the reasonable return cost. Any deduction for unnecessary handling is assessed fairly and does not affect your rights where goods are faulty.

What is covered

Each build's Warranty Pack records its exact components, serial numbers, test results, applicable support terms, and any transferable manufacturer warranty. We do not describe a manufacturer warranty as transferable unless we have evidence that it is. Accidental damage, unauthorised modifications, and faults caused by misuse are not treated as manufacturing faults.

Getting support

Every build comes with build-specific documentation — a Getting Started Guide, driver references, and your Warranty Pack — generated for your exact configuration. Support requests are handled per-order once your account/portal access is set up.
