Methods you may see
Our checkout is processed by Stripe. Depending on your order and device, checkout may offer card payments, digital wallets such as Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, and Klarna. Stripe displays the methods enabled for the transaction; a method shown on this page is not guaranteed to appear for every purchase.
Klarna pay later and instalments
Credit is subject to approval and may not be suitable for everyone. Missing or late payments may result in charges and could affect your credit file and future access to credit.
Where Klarna appears at checkout, it may offer pay-later or instalment plans. Klarna decides whether you can use a plan and sets the schedule, any interest or fees, and the applicable terms. You will see the key information and full terms in Klarna's flow before confirming that payment method. Check that you can afford the repayments and read those details carefully. FlipFlop does not lend money, make credit decisions or guarantee approval. Choosing Klarna does not change the total price charged by FlipFlop.
Amazon Pay
Where Amazon Pay appears, you can use the payment method available in your Amazon account. Amazon Pay is a wallet option; any pay-over-time or finance feature is available only if Amazon Pay presents it to you for that purchase and explains its terms.
Order totals and refunds
Your full order total, delivery choice and any optional charges are shown before you place the order. FlipFlop sends approved refunds to the original payment method. If you paid through a wallet or instalment provider, that provider controls how quickly your account balance or payment schedule updates. This does not reduce your cancellation, faulty-goods or other statutory rights. Read our Terms of sale and Returns and refunds policy.
