A shop everyone can use

Accessibility

We want customers to be able to research, configure, buy and get support without being excluded by disability or the technology they use.

How we support access

  • Keyboard-operable navigation and controls.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images and labels for form fields.
  • Responsive layouts, visible focus, readable contrast and reduced-motion support.
  • Plain-language alternatives to technical or visual-only build information.

Interactive and visual experiences

Some 3D, animation and video experiences can be demanding or inaccessible with particular devices or assistive technology. Core product information and purchase decisions should remain available without relying on animation, colour, sound or 3D interaction alone.

Current limitations

The cinematic tour, twisted gallery, 3D configurator and embedded payment interfaces have not all completed a full independent accessibility audit. We do not claim certified WCAG conformance. Use your device's reduced-motion setting, the product's text specification and available photographs, or contact us for help comparing a build, price and delivery choices. Tell us if a visual interaction prevents you completing a purchase so we can offer an accessible way to continue.

Ask for an adjustment

If a page or process is difficult to use, email mac@theflipflop.shop or use the telephone number on the Business details page. Tell us what you were trying to do and the format or adjustment that would help.
