What happens next
Email the completed details to mac@theflipflop.shop. We will confirm the return route and safe packing instructions. The cancellation date is the date you send your clear statement, not the date we reply.
PC ranges and services
You may use this form for an eligible Ready-to-Ship, Curated-for-you or Made-by-you purchase, or an eligible separately agreed service. For goods, our baseline policy is notice within 14 days after delivery and return within a further 14 days. Service cancellation periods and any express request for early work are explained before agreement. Faulty-goods rights remain separate from change-of-mind cancellation.
